3.1 Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is required upon completion of the work. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. All prices are stated in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4.1 Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional charges. If a payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, a reminder will be sent, and a late fee may be applied.
5. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their property and any specific requirements they may have. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the property is accessible for our team to perform the services effectively.
5.1 Property Access
The client must provide reasonable access to the property during agreed service times. Failure to provide access may result in the rescheduling of services and potential additional fees.
6. Responsibilities and Limitation of Liability
Gardening Whitechapel strives to perform all services with the highest standards. However, we are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of our services, except where caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
6.1 Insurance
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage to cover any damages that may occur during the provision of our services. Clients are advised to report any issues promptly to allow us to address them effectively.
7. Termination of Services
Gardening Whitechapel reserves the right to terminate services at any time if the client fails to comply with these terms and conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
